"This is not a book to be tossed aside lightly. It should be thrown with great force." - Dorothy Parker

Rhoda Greenstone

I began writing before I was born. Earlier in my life, I was a journalist and editor who contributed to numerous publications in the L.A. area ( The Hollywood Reporter, L.A. Times, Pico Post, Malibu Times, Classics West , etc.).  Painting is another passion of mine--I raised part of my college tuition  by painting portraits, and I have had two private showings. For the past two decades, I have taught college English and Humanities. Presently I am seeking an agent to represent a novel I recently completed, NAMES WILL NEVER HURT ME.
